I completed a master’s degree in social work from Smith College in 2009, and have been licensed since 2014. Over the last nearly twenty years, I have provided clinical services in private and a variety of public mental health settings, including SF State University Psychological Services. I currently work with adults, couples, and adolescents in-person and online in private practice.
Based on my professional and personal experience, I believe that an effective therapy process can deepen our capacity for human relatedness, compassion, and coping— at any stage in the lifespan.
