I have been providing clinical services for over fifteen years in private mental health clinics as well as in public mental health settings, including SFUSD high schools and SF State University. I obtained a master’s degree in social work from Smith College in 2009, and have been licensed since 2014. I currently work in private practice.

Based on my professional and personal experience, I believe that an effective therapy process can deepen our capacity for human relatedness, compassion, and coping. It can also often help us in contending with internal conflicts that we might feel stuck in or confused about, at any stage in the lifespan.
