Psychotherapy is a process that evolves through collaboration and self-exploration. The therapy ideally provides a contained, non-judgmental space where you can express yourself freely, and all your feelings are invited. Where difficult things can be talked about and worked through together. We can do this work one-on-one in individual therapy, or together with you and a loved one in couples therapy.

As trust builds, the relationship that develops between us may also be used as a tool to uncover and understand interpersonal-patterns or old beliefs that could be impacting your life. In these ways, the therapeutic relationship can help facilitate new ways of relating to oneself and others, giving way for new possibilities to emerge.

"The world is not comprehensible, but it is embraceable: through the embracing of one of its beings."

― Martin Buber
